Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us thru Private message on our Official Facebook page or Email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 1 day (24 hours) before arrival for FIT bookings to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed. |

Note: Automatic charging upon check out will be imposed if not declared upon booking 6. Guest is not allowed to bring any of the following inside the room; - Pets - Explosive devices - Fire Alarms - Prohibited Drugs, Alcoholic drinks ( Charged to Guests- 500/bottle) etc 7. In Accordance with the room accommodation ordinance, guest is requested to present His / Her Personal Identification, Passport, other Government Issued ID’s and letter of confirmation upon registration. Incidental deposit shall be required depending on the length of stay. Failure to comply with these requirements may cause disapproval of accommodation. 8. Check out time is 12:00nn. Prior approval must be made for late check out. For any extension of stay, half day charge will be applied before 6:00PM and daily rate charge will be applied after 6:00pm. A full day room charge must be paid if guest check in and check out at the same day 9. All long-stay bookings (4nights or more) made underSpecial rate are non-cancellable and non-refundable. 10. Partial payment is required at the time of booking and Full payment on or before the check in date, this will be charged on the chosen payment method. 11. In the event of cancellation, modification, shortened stay, or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will still be charged. 12. The Management is not liable for any loss of any personal items, or theft occur in any guest rooms. 13. Strictly refrain from removing any room properties without the consent of the management. 14. The Management reserves the right to dispose any articles left behind or unclaimed according to the house rules. 15. Strictly refrain from using the room for purposes other than lodging without the consent of the management. 16. Guest is required to properly lock the room door at all times. 17. Guest is restricted from distributing or post advertising bills or selling any goods within the room premises. 18. No personal belongings or goods are allowed to be left unattended in any of the public areas. 19. Please observe proper behavior while inside the room and other premises. 20. Guest is not allowed to enter Restricted areas 21. Should you wish to extend your stay, kindly inform the front desk immediately 22. Unattended plugged electronic devices will be unplugged for security purposes. 23. Visitors are only accepted until 7PM and will be assisted out of the premises for security purposes. (Max of 2 Visitors) 24. Lost Room Key & Key Card will be charged Php00 25.All guests are required to settle their payments on or before the agreed due date. 26.If payment is not received within two (2) days after the due date, the hotel reserves the right to temporarily disconnect utilities, such as electricity and water, until the full payment is made. 27.Continued failure to pay may also result in cancellation of the stay, and the guest/s may be asked to vacate the premises. 28. A refundable security deposit of ₱1,000 per room is required upon check-in for Overnight stays. For of stay of 4 nights or more, refundable security deposit of ₱3,000 per room will be collected.This deposit is intended to cover damages, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges, or violations of hotel policies during your stay. The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided that: -No room is free of damages. -All dues are fully settled -No hotel rules have been violated. Refunds will be processed via cash/bank transfer/original payment method within 1 day after check-out for overnight stay and 3 days for 4 nights or more. For Wedding Preparation Guests:

Payment for Bookings thru Northpointe Residences online booking system is Upon guests arrival in the premises except for Group bookings.
Cancellations: Free cancellation until 2 days prior to arrival
If the reservation is cancelled within the free cancellation period, the amount paid will be refunded within 5 days after the cancellation was submitted.
These terms are applicable for online bookings made directly through Northpointe Residences website. When using a third-party booking channel, please check the applied terms from the channel used.
